1. Shipping Rates
AirDistrict LLC offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
After your order ships, estimated delivery times within the United States are 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. These estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods may affect delivery times.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier website. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@airdistrict.shop.
5. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship only within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes. International shipping is not available at this time but may be offered in the future.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@airdistrict.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. AirDistrict LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at orders@airdistrict.shop. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.
